"It was a Saturday that I got stuck in a Panera Bread drive-thru. My car just died. I finally got it to start again but it was knocking loudly. I pulled out of the way. I was in a panic mood, not knowing what to do. I called my State Farm office (Glenn Scholl) and left a message thinking I'd get a call back on Monday. WOW, Haleigh called right back. She rescued me and answered all my questions on what to do. I expressed my gratitude NUMEROUS times."
